Failure to comply with Law No. 4 of January 9, 2004

  • Some non-text content presented to the user does not have a textual alternative.
  • Subtitles or audio descriptions are not available in the videos on some pages. Text embedded in the video cannot be read by assistive technologies.
  • On the “Become Our Reseller” and “Contact Us” page, when the user makes a compilation error, it is not identified and no adequate suggestion is provided to remedy the error.
  • The error message that appears on the “Become Our Reseller” and “Contact Us” pages when the user makes a compilation error is not announced by assistive technologies.
  • On the “Become Our Reseller” and “Contact Us” pages, the input fields that are used to collect information about the user do not contain at the code level the ability to auto-complete.
  • Some structure information (e.g., titles, navigation) is not correctly identified.
