Description
Oil calender designed specifically for the continuous growing demand of (ink Jet Dye – sublimation transfer technology) sublimation printing on paper to synthetic, knitted or nonwoven fabrics such as polyester, nylon and acrylic. In the case of direct-to-fabric printing by digital printing also indicated to fix color pigments perfectly and economically. Electro pneumatic felt guide control. No. 6 3″ quick-connect shafts. No. 3 unwinders with pneumatic clutches. No. 2 rewinders with pneumatic clutch, motor and inverter. Oil-heated cylinder. Temperature control with one thermostat with proportional system, which allows considerable energy saving. Digital control of variable speed. Automatic shutdown when 140° C is reached. Requires compressed air. One independent motor for felt dragging and one motor for three rewinders. Energy-saving mode.
